On July 16, 2018, Centurion Day Hospital re-launched its charity project – Project Open Hearts, where we offer our theatres and facilities free of charge, in collaboration with Operation Healing Hands – to assist needy patients who desperately needed theatre procedures. The doctors and anaesthetists concerned also offered their services free of charge.
Through the open hearts and hands of the medical world, Project Open Hearts and Operation Healing Hands made a lasting difference in these patients’ lives.
The day was transformed into a very pleasant experience. For the patients, T-shirts, gift bags, balloons, delicious food bags and a lot of love was given. Surgery can be stressful for people, but our friendly team who delivered excellent service, changed an intimidating hospital situation for children and their parents, as well as the adult patients, in a pleasant experience.
